Banking Simulator was a phenomenal learning experience, far and away the best "corporate" learning that I've ever participated in. The level of engagement across our full cohort was really obvious to see; there was healthy competition, supportive coaches and all round a very educational and fun session. I must admit, I was daunted when the guys first ran through the program (I am after all a mere creative copywriter, not a CEO!) but the CEO-for-a-Day challenge was so much fun, so insightful and so well run by the team. I learnt so much about the banking industry and had a lot of fun doing it – and they were super attentive and helpful during the challenge.

Excelerate Consulting partnered with Westpac to deliver the Leading Risk at Westpac programme. It is a fun and engaging two day online session where you get to participate as an Executive Team in a simulation where you run your own bank over a period of time. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
